4 Star, First Class Modern Hotel
The hotel is centrally located in a more residential area and only a few steps from sea front.
Forget about traditional usage of space, here are a few new concepts on offer. Bedroom and bathroom are one, or only partly separated by partial walls or screens, which are coloured or see through. Bathtubs, showers, wash basins and toilets are not necessarily in the same part of the room. Most rooms feature strong, vibrant colours, from purple to green, blues, orange, yellows. The flooring is differently coloured resin. Furniture might be from wood or metal, depending on the theme of the room. The rooms are of medium to large size and are in very good condition.
The breakfast room, which is also the bar and restaurant area is below the lobby, and can be reached by lift or a staircase. It is a long room decorated mostly in a bright olive green with colourful green, blue red and white table tops. At the end of the room is a large semi suspended seating area constructed from pale wood. There is a food area where clients will find 100% organic products attractively presented on refrigerated glass fronted shelves, available for breakfast and snacks throughout the day. The restaurant leads on to a beautiful inner courtyard furnished with wooden tables and attractive green chairs. Large lush plants create a green, tranquil oasis.
This is a modern white eight storey building with no particular exterior features.
The lobby is of medium size and a contrast of grey, almost a bit oppressive walls at the entrance, and the same vibrant colours that can be found in the rooms. The check in desk is almost just a console large enough to comfortably accommodate the hotel computer for check in/out. To the right of the lobby is a seating area.
This is the most modern design hotel along the Cote d'Azur, offering new, original concepts of what a hotel can be about. It was designed and invented by the well known modern designer Matali Grasset.
