The hotel is located in a small street with a lot of shops and restaurants, a few steps from the Massena museum and the sea front.

The breakfast room is located on the ground floor in a small atrium which opens up to the hotel's small typical mediterranean garden, which features a small fountain. Breakfast can be taken in the garden during the warmer months.
The hotel exterior is a white 5 storey building with green shutters. The small lobby is very bright and welcoming. It features a beautiful sweeping staircase and a small sitting area. This is a charming property, a small peaceful oasis in the centre of buzzing Nice.
